Evie is an 17 year old girl who is trapped inside IPCA, well she isn't trapped but they are having her live there because she can see through the paranormals. The Job of the IPCA is to track every living paranormal and keep them safe. Or at least that is what Evie thinks. She has been through foster homes for most of her young childhood until they found her. She has been living inside the "center" for most of her life. When meeting Lend she suddenly realizes that she wants more out of life, she wants to be able to go to "normal" school. When she gets her wish, it's nothing like she expects. Things suddenly go from bad to worse when more paranormals start dying.

My Opinion:
I loved it, haha I was hooked from the first paragraph and loved it all the way though. I am going to be very happy when I get the chance to read the rest of the series.
