Belly is going to be 16 this summer and wants everything to go perfect. Unfortunately she won’t get perfect. Belly will get summer love and summer heartbreak in the blink of an eye. She also realizes how much things are changing between her family and the Fisher family. She has a revelation about how this summer could end up being their last and she does everything to make it go great. The universe has other plans for Belly. If only she can discover which part of her heart to follow.
My Opinion:
In the first few chapters I didn’t really love it but it suddenly picked up and became one of my all time favorite summer novels. If you want a book about summer to read then I would suggest picking up this series. It is fantastic and will be one of the best things you could ever do. You start to fall in love with Belly and feel what she is feeling. Some authors can’t make me relate to the characters but Jenny Han did a fantastic job.
