Why: She is no longer safe at Sword & Cross. People are after her.
How: They are tracking her through Daniel.

Luce doesn’t ever listen. Daniel is telling her all the ways to stay safe and she does the exact opposite. Daniel is back and forth between hunting and seeing Luce. Luce wants him to be honest and explain everything for once, but of course he doesn’t. Daniel is torn at the end of the book because everyone wants to help but he feels the need to do some things on his own.

My Opinion:

This book is an excellent continuation of Fallen. There were some parts of the book that felt like they could have been taken out. However, the book flowed well but didn’t really tie up any loose ends. Thankfully the third book comes out in June 2011.
